A) One vote per unit.
Q) What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A) The Restrictions are also called the Rules & Regulations and they have been recently revised. Please read all of the Restrictions so you may be properly informed of your rights.
Q) What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
A) The restrictions concerning the leasing of your unit is contained in the Declaration of Condominium and in the revised 2007 Rules & Regulations.
Q) How much are my maintenance assessments?
A) $2,272.00 made payable to Sunset Beach On Longboat Key Association, Inc.
Q) When are the maintenance assessments due?
A) Quarterly
Q) Do I have to be a member in any other association?
A) No
Q) Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?

A) Included are the cable TV, water and sewer, trash removal, and the common area expenses, (i.e. the pool, landscaping, and maintenance personal).
